The method is invented by a doctor who’s child needed help for very sensitive hearing. Doctors name is Guy Berard and now his method is practised all over the world.
In Germany, Denmark and Sweden there is yet (April 2014) English, German and Swedish speaking Berard Method practitioner.
In Stockholm, Sweden, was a survey done with a school class together with the commune, school and the parents which proved very good results.
The method is meant for almost every adult and for children from four years of age.
This is method for those who suffer from symptoms such as insomnia, dyslexia, stress syndromes, headache, autism, hearing disorder and many others. Common clients are musicians and teachers for example.
It’s a music method with songs that have been changed in a special way, although it doesn’t hurt or disturb the listener himself.
The music can be almost of any sort even though some can prefer certain kind and that’s normally ok too.
